Listing on Raydium	2 SOL (rebalanced into the bonding curve)

*Refundable fee: For every token creation, the dev has to commit 1 SOL, which will be fully refunded if and when the token hits Raydium. This will help pick serious projects on the platform and lower the frequency of scams while avoiding capital dilution.
